Dehumidifier Servicing and Maintenance

It is recommended to perform service maintenance to the unit for the optimum performance of the units and to prolong its lifespan.
Service Maintenance Includes:
- Listen To the System
- Keep Air-On and Air-Off Clean
- Check Condensate Drain
- Check Operating temperature and pressure
- Check the cabinet
- Check Electrical panel and controls
- Check airflow
- Assess the general condition of the unit and report for abnormalities, if any.
Maintenance service is only available on Monday to Friday, between 0900 hrs – 1800 hrs. Service and maintenance will be completed within 2 to 5 hours depending on the condition.
NOTE : For any parts replacements, additional charges may apply.
